Love all those soft colors, they make a very relaxed, calm atmosphere. Background is beautifully detailed but not overwhelming. It looks like she's practicing, and she just had to get away from other people so she could concentrate.

You have a very good watercolour style. I especially like your choice of soft colours.

Very nice depiction of an elf, the ear's haven't just got a tip stuck onto them! Brilliant use of the watercolours... one thing though.... the arms appear to short, or maybe the hands are too small.... but something in that area doesn't quite look right to me...

:-) Ellen 'the Alaskan' Million replies: "*nods* Good points. I'm making a big effort to improve my anatomy skills. Thanks for the comment!"

While Malin has been told by the ladies he's quite beautiful, he is also just that.. a HE!

Sorry, Ellen.. I had to clear up the confusion. I'm working hard on finally putting together the stories for this whole series.

Wonderful scenery. And to add just a tiny bit of criticism, it's the torso that's out of whack with the rest of him. I love his ears, though.

:-) Ellen 'the Alaskan' Million replies: "*smacks head* My male anatomy still needs a loooot of practice. Thanks for the advice!"

Ooooh, I like. I'm most impressed with the coloring...the shading on the cape-thing being blown in the wind especially. Very well-done.

I think it is a great pick, his chest is a little small, and shouldn't his hair be blowing too? Alltogther a great pick though.

I especially like the fire blowing in the wind.

He looks a little scrawny to me.

The heads a little bit on the large side and it looks a little bit girly...
