| 17 Nov 2003 | Lynn | Loading...Well, you really captured the moment! This is really good, another thing I'd never think of. Nature isn't all lovey-dovey, and I'm sure its even less so in the snow. | |
| 17 Nov 2003 | Tara (SilverMoonFox) Taylor | Loading...Very nice!!! Yea alot of pictures tend to show nature being at complete peace (lions playing happily with zebras lalalala...)! But yea this shows nature in it's realistic form! Nature is beautiful- but it is also a constant battlefield. Even unicorns existing in nature would be part of the vicious circle rather than looked upon as gods by the other creatures. As a wild animal, they'd be just as at risk of death as a gazelle or moose, etc. And they themselves would even be a threatening animal using that sharp horn as a weapon when needed. A magical horned horsey running across rainbows is one thing. A true, real wild unicorn is another I always preferred the realistic wild unicorns myself Great pic! | |
| 2 Dec 2003 | Deidre Jones | Loading...I don't think her intention was to kill the unicorn, just make it look severely injured. Although I love unicorns (yours are awesome!)I have to say this is funnier than hell. Lol, great job! | |

| 18 Jan 2004 | Kyyril | Loading...I was thinking they looked more like Llamas....or maybe a llama/horse cross. Moose? eh...they're ugly Lovely gory picture. Kudos to you *bows out* | |

I’m sometimes of the straight up horse-and-horn style, and sometimes of the lionesque-deer style (Lyonesse Deer? Hm...)
And YEAH, don’t mess with the Mama!
| 19 Dec 2008 | Paul Cerar | Loading...Dear Ellen: "Idyllic pictures of animals living in peace and harmony usually irritate me." Right on! A racoon once killed a huge rat - maybe the biggest one I’ve ever seen - in my back yard. It was not for food, as the rat was not eaten. I think they fought to the death as a territorial despute. | |

Great piece here (but poor uni!)
